Place the pressure bleed gun socket gently over the neck of the reservoir applying gentle\u003cbr\u003epressure to locate the bleed socket in place\u003cbr\u003e3. Screw the lid in place to secure the socket.\u003cbr\u003e4. Do not push on with excessive force or damage may be caused to the reservoir or the 0 ring\u003cbr\u003eon the pressure bleed gun socket.\u003cbr\u003e5. Place the other end of the bleed gun tube into a bottle or container of fresh, new brake fluid.\u003cbr\u003e6. Open the bleed screw (start with the furthermost calliper) at least one full turn. Place a clear\u003cbr\u003eflexible hose over the bleed screw and immerse the other end into a container partially filled\u003cbr\u003ewith brake fluid.\u003cbr\u003e7. Squeeze the pressure bleed gun repeatedly (but not too fast or cavitations\u003cbr\u003emay occur) ensuring that the bulk brake fluid tank and the reservoir do not run out of brake\u003cbr\u003efluid or air will enter the hydraulic system. At no stage let the fluid level in the reservoir fall\u003cbr\u003ebelow the minimum fluid level indicator.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"font-family:Segoe UI,Arial,sans-serif;line-height:1.7;margin:8px 0 12px;color:#18212b;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: Arial; color: #000000;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: Arial;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: Arial;\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family: Arial;\"\u003e8. Continue squeezing the pressure bleed gun until the brake fluid in the flexible hose attached to the bleed screw is free of air bubbles and tighten the bleed screw.\u003cbr\u003e9. Repeat the process with the next furthermost calliper away from the actuator.\u003cbr\u003e10. Bleed the other side of the trailer starting with the closest calliper to the actuator first as above\u003cbr\u003e11. Connect the trailer to the tow vehicle and turn on ignition to activate actuator. Allow the compressor to fully charge the actuator (approx 90 seconds). Once the compressor has stopped apply the brakes, and hold on for a 5 second period and release. Repeat this 4 times.\u003cbr\u003e12. Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir. It should not exceed the top of the sight glass maximum level.\u003cbr\u003e13.
