Cat Trailer (Ongoing project)

Cat Trailer (Ongoing project)

This customer came to us with an old, rusted trailer and wanted to upgrade their DeLamar. With the new regulations, you can’t simply add a VIN number to a trailer anymore. There’s a formal compliance process that must be followed to meet the updated Rover standards.

This is exactly why so many chop‑shop operators are disappearing. They can no longer sell or modify trailers illegally, and without the proper qualifications or the ability to do legitimate work, they’re closing down.

For this build, we’re upgrading the trailer from 2000 kg to 3490 kg, which required full CAD drawings, engineering review, and formal approval.

We’re proud of the result, and we’re sure you’ll see a review from our customer soon.
