Shipping & Stock Availability Policy

Shipping Timeframes Coffs Metal Works aims to dispatch all orders on the same business day or the next business day. Actual dispatch times may vary due to factors outside our control, including delays from suppliers, freight carriers, or logistics partners. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed through our automated notifications and direct communication where required.

Business Days & Public Holidays Shipping timeframes apply only to business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in our shipping schedule, and orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next business day.

Stock Levels & Product Availability We maintain thousands of products and update stock levels regularly. However, stock information may occasionally be inaccurate due to high sales volume or supplier delays. If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you promptly to provide options such as:

  • alternative products
  • back‑order timeframes
  • cancellation and refund

Supplier & Carrier Delays Once goods leave our workshop, delivery timeframes are dependent on third‑party carriers. Coffs Metal Works is not liable for delays caused by freight companies, weather events, or other external factors. We will assist with tracking updates and follow‑ups where possible.

Customer Communication Customers are welcome to email or call us during business hours for updates on their order status, tracking information, or stock enquiries. If any issue arises with your order, please notify us so we can investigate and keep you updated.

Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Coffs Metal Works is not responsible for losses arising from freight delays, supplier shortages, or circumstances beyond our control. This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
