At Coffs Metal Works, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-built trailers to suit your needs. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our refund policy below:

📌 Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your trailer or fabrication order.
• Once your order has been ordered and materials allocated, your deposit is forfeited in the event of cancellation.

🚫 Cancellations

• If you choose to cancel your order before production begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund excluding the deposit.
• Cancellations after production has commenced are not eligible for any refund.

🔄 Changes to Orders

• Minor changes may be accommodated prior to production.
• Significant changes may incur additional costs or delay delivery.

📦 Returns & Warranty

• As trailers are custom-built, returns are not accepted unless covered under warranty for manufacturing defects.
• All trailers come with a limited warranty. Please contact us for full warranty terms.
