The Signature Series (SS) is Savwinch’s world‑renowned premium anchor winch range, engineered for vessels that demand maximum strength, reliability and long‑term durability. The 3000 SS is built for boats up to 14 m (46 ft) and delivers exceptional performance in the harshest marine conditions.
Featuring a 316 stainless steel motor, 316 stainless steel drum, and a double marine‑grade powder‑coated aluminium gearbox, the 3000 SS is designed to dominate the marine environment. Every motor is machined to fine tolerances and sealed using O‑ring technology combined with Savwinch’s patented injection‑mould system, filling all internal air pockets. This creates a solid stainless‑steel motor block with no covers, sleeves or external housings, ensuring zero moisture ingress, zero condensation, and complete corrosion resistance.
As with all Savwinch drum winches, the Signature Series includes marine‑graded patented motors, oversized worm‑drive gearboxes, and full IP68 waterproof protection. The motor can be rotated into 12 different positions, allowing seamless installation on almost any vessel. Paired with the EFF Electronic Fast Fall System, the 3000 SS achieves drop speeds of over 100 m per minute, delivering fast, controlled anchoring every time.
