Each viper wiring loom is meticulously hand-crafted and rigorously tested before shipping, ensuring that all electrical connections are flawlessly assembled and primed for immediate installation.

Constructed using high-quality marine-grade 6 B&S tinned copper cable, the wiring loom also features tinned copper lugs and marine-grade silicone-impregnated heat shrink to deliver exceptional conductivity, impressive corrosion resistance, and outstanding durability, even in the harshest marine environments. Additionally, the loom comes with flexible protective conduit, which not only shields the wires but also allows for a neat and professional finish during installation.

Installation is made simple with each connection clearly labeled. With a straightforward “A” to “A” and “B” to “B” connection system, you can dramatically reduce the need to constantly refer back to complex wiring diagrams.

The cable lengths provided in the kit are: 5.8m from battery to circuit breaker, 1.5m from circuit breaker to solenoid, and 3.2m from solenoid to winch motor for the positive cable. The negative cable measures 6.8m from battery to solenoid and 3.2m from solenoid to winch motor. In addition, a switch loom of 750mm is included, providing a total cable length of approximately 3.7 meters from the solenoid to the winch motor.

One important note regarding installation: while the 30080 loom is designed for most boats up to 6 meters, individual boat layouts can vary significantly. Therefore, it’s crucial to check all cable measurements against your specific installation requirements.
