All Coffs Metal Works rocker roller springs are 7mm thick giving on average an extra 750kg pay load per tri axle set.  All Coffs Metal Works's roller bushes are solid steel and not plastic. All shackle spring bolts (roller and eye) are high tensile and all greasable.

On ordering all springs will come assembled to suit 14" wheels & tyres with an 870mm axle centres.  If the requirement is for 15"/16" 970mm centres then its simply swap the front and rear springs of the same side which opens up the axle centres from 870mm to 970mm (options in main pictures)

SHOT PEENING
Shot peening is a cold working process used to produce a compressive residual stress layer and modify mechanical properties of metals and composites. It entails impacting a surface with shot with force sufficient to create plastic deformation. Shot peening is often called for in aircraft repairs to relieve tensile stresses built up in the grinding process and replace them with beneficial compressive stresses.
